We are committed to offering high-quality car lights and accessories. To protect both buyer and seller rights, the following refund policy applies:

📌 Returns/Refunds are ONLY accepted under the following conditions:

• The product arrives damaged or has clear manufacturing defects
• Customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo/video proof
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item and approved by our support team

❌ We do NOT accept returns/refunds for:

• Non-quality issues (e.g. change of mind, wrong purchase, don’t like it)
• Items that have been used, installed, or are not in original packaging
• Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery
• Cases without sufficient visual proof of quality issue
• Items not purchased directly from our official website or not original

📷 Proof Required for Quality Issues:

• Clear photos/videos showing the issue (e.g. not lighting up, broken part)

• Photo of packaging label and shipping waybill

• All must be submitted via email: tutucarledlight@outlook.com

🚚 Return Process:

• Email our support with order number, issue description, and photos/videos
• Once approved, we’ll provide the return address
• Customer returns the item with original packaging and order number
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection

🚫 Shipping Fee Policy:

• All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including those due to product defects
• Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted
