If you want a separate lamp without connecting to door wiring, an adhesive battery design is the relevant family. If your door already has a compatible courtesy-light opening and you want the projector seated there, investigate a vehicle-specific replacement. Check Fit Before Choosing Artwork
For our AAA model, allow for a body measuring 6.8 × 6.6 cm and 2 cm thick. Look for a clean, flat patch on the inside of the door where the lens can point toward the ground. Curved, heavily textured, narrow, or fabric-covered areas may prevent secure adhesion or a useful projection angle.
Hold a paper template against the proposed spot to check the footprint. Then account for the body's thickness and the lens direction. Door trim can obstruct the beam even when the adhesive area is large enough. Check clearance with the door moving and closing before pressing the lamp into its final position.
For a replacement-style projector, compare the shape and connector of the existing courtesy lamp with the selected replacement. Model and year matter, but so does the actual door-light opening. Do not force a lamp or connector that does not match.

Test the image direction in a darker area before final mounting. These lamps are decorative entry accents; do not rely on an artwork projection as your only light for checking footing.
