Refund policy
At Tutu Car LED Light, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive lighting and accessories. This return and refund policy applies to purchases made on our official storefront: tutucarlight.com.
Please review the terms below before requesting a return, refund, exchange, or order cancellation. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us at tutucarledlight@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos showing the product condition.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period at tutucarledlight@outlook.com and include your name, order number, email address, and the product you wish to withdraw from.
After you notify us of your withdrawal request, you must return the goods within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.
For EU statutory withdrawal requests, we will refund the product price and the original standard delivery cost paid at checkout. If you selected a more expensive express, premium, or upgraded shipping option, the extra shipping cost above our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise our responsibility.
3. Return Eligibility & Product Condition
To qualify for a return, the item should be returned in the condition you received it, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, remotes, cables, adhesive pads, mounting parts, and included components.
You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a physical store. However, automotive accessories can lose value if they are installed, wired, cut, damaged, scratched, exposed to road wear, or returned with used adhesive backing.
For vehicle lighting and accessories, we may reduce the refund or refuse the return where legally permitted if the product shows signs of:
- Installation, wiring, cutting, soldering, or vehicle modification
- Removed or used adhesive backing, mounting tape, Velcro, or installation pads
- Scratches, road wear, water damage, heat damage, or physical damage
- Missing remotes, USB cables, wiring parts, mounting accessories, manuals, or packaging
- Use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, has a clear manufacturing defect, does not light up, or is the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at tutucarledlight@outlook.com with your order number, clear photos or videos showing the issue, and a photo of the shipping label or waybill.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Tutu Car LED Light will cover the necessary shipping cost and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. You will not be charged for return shipping in this situation.
5. Change of Mind, Wrong Purchase, or Incorrect Vehicle Choice
If you want to return an item because of a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong vehicle model, the item must meet the return eligibility requirements above.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise our responsibility.
We do not charge a fixed restocking fee. However, if the returned product has been used, installed, damaged, altered, or returned with missing parts, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss of product value where legally permitted.
6. Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Products
Some products may be custom-made, personalized, or produced based on your selected artwork, logo, image, vehicle design, or special request. This may include custom image projector lights, personalized logo lights, or other made-to-order products.
Custom or clearly personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or withdrawal once production has started, except where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
If a product is custom-made or personalized, please check the product page carefully before placing your order.
7. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Email tutucarledlight@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, product condition photos, and any relevant videos.
- Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide the correct authorized return address and return instructions.
- Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without prior email approval.
- Securely pack the item with all original packaging and included accessories.
- Reply to our email with your trackable return shipping number.
- After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process the approved refund or exchange.
8. Receiving Your Refund
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, such as credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other supported payment methods.
Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the return is approved. Your bank, card provider, or payment service may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

9. Non-Returnable Items
- Products not purchased directly from our official storefront: tutucarlight.com
- Return requests submitted outside the applicable return or withdrawal window
- Products that have been installed, modified, cut, damaged, or returned with missing parts, where return refusal is legally permitted
- Custom-made or personalized products after production has started, except where required by applicable law
- Shipments sent by Cash-on-Delivery (COD), which will be rejected by our warehouse
