1. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing on the same business day.

  • Please note: During peak holiday seasons or major promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended by 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping Time & Destinations

We partner with secure, trackable international carriers to ensure your products arrive safely. Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time) are as follows:

  • United States: 5–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, etc.): 5–14 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 7–17 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Note: While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, shipping times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs clearance, extreme weather, carrier delays, or national holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

To keep your purchasing experience straightforward, we charge a flat shipping fee per order in USD, regardless of how many items you purchase. Shipping fees will be applied at checkout based on your delivery destination:

  • United States: $6.47 USD per order

  • United Kingdom: $4.53 USD per order

  • European Union: $4.53 USD per order

  • Rest of the World (Other Countries & Regions): $9.45 USD per order

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment at checkout, with zero hidden costs.

4. Order Tracking

Every shipment includes full end-to-end tracking. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link will be automatically sent to you.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for the courier system to update the initial tracking information.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, packages may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country, according to local government regulations.

  • These regional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping fees.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Info

Buyers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Tutu Car Light is not liable for package delays, non-delivery, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

Your shopping safety is our top priority. If your package is officially confirmed by the carrier as lost in transit, or if it arrives physically damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a brand-new replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
